| When Robots were a major part of
Anemal life, many factories and computer systems
were linked in a huge network. The Rebellion was
made easier by this 'Meganet', which allowed all
mechanical facilities on the planet to coordinate
their efforts. Now, this empire is controlled centrally
from its capital, Technopia. Most Robot vehicles
run on auto-pilot.

Name:
Robot Air Warrior
Function:
Robot Light Infantry |

Name:
Robot Grunt
Function:
Robot Heavy Infantry
|
| The most common
type of Robot, Air Warriors are called upon to
guard, fight, scout, and do almost anything you
can shake a stick at. They are the common citizens
of the Robot empire. Air Warriors have no hands,
but in place of them are neutron guns- which suits
their purpose just fine. In addition to their
firepower, they can transform into miniature jets
and pursue enemies at supersonic speeds.
Like all ordinary Robots, Air
Warriors possess little independent thought, and
speak in mechanical-like tones. |
Grunts are the land version
of soldier Robots. Like their cousins, the Air
Warriors, the Grunts are a basic infantry unit,
deployed in large numbers to overwhelm the Anemals.
To suit their environment, Grunts are designed
with more armour and less speed. Each one can
transform into a mini-tank in battle, equipped
with a mini-cannon. In Robot mode, the mini-cannon
becomes the Grunt’s right arm. |

Name: Carrier
Function: Troop Transport |

Name: Emperor Tank
Function: Main Battle Tank
|
Although most
Robots can fly, the Carrier transports troops
to save energy, so that passengers can start a
battle in optimal condition. Carriers are bigger
and better armoured than Anemal Transports. They
sometimes serve as capital ships, equipped with
all the essential command and control devices
on board. A favourite tactic of Carriers is to
deploy Air Warriors in mid-air, through its forward
“mouth” hatch, and have them transform
into jets. |
Probably the most potent
weapon in the Robot arsenal, the mighty Emperor
Tank allows no exceptions to its name. Beneath
its formidable armour, a mini fusion reactor fuels
this juggernaut, and powers its feared Makon Burst
Cannon. The thundering boom of this energy gun
can be heard for miles. The Emperor also moves
on hover technology, making terrain no barrier
for its onslaught. |

Name: Vulcan
Function: Battle Support |

Name: Scorpion
Function: Tank Hunter |
Like the Scorpions,
Vulcans are fast tanks that run on hover technology.
Their purpose is to punish enemies from long range
with a mounted missile launcher. Its powerful
missiles are also suited for air defense, but
the Vulcan requires an escort of Robot Grunts. |
To counter the power of Anemal
Battlemasters, the Robots invented a unit specially
designed to cripple them. Scorpion Tanks are fast
and able to evade the Battlemaster cannons. Once
at close range, they employ their stinger-like
weapon, emitting an electron charge that overloads
the target’s circuits. The Scorpion can
employ this charge effectively on any other vehicle,
and deals lethal damage to Anemal soldiers. |

Name: Crescent
Function: Hunter-Seeker |
-Empty- |
The Robots have
calculated a need to construct heavy air fighters
in their conquest efforts, thus creating the deadly
Crescent Attack Craft. Mounted on this nimble
plane is a Particle Beam turret, designed to pierce
and disable heavy Anemal units. In air combat,
the turret's ability to rotate makes the Crescent
a dangerous opponent, allowing it to employ unusual
flight patterns. But this is offset by the gun's
slow recharge rate. |
