THE evil robots   After the Rebellion, the Robots deduced that spontaneous action was not enough to sustain their power. Therefore, they designed a small band of elite commanders, called the Megabots, to lead them. Megabots are the most powerful of machines, and at times, have minds so advanced that they have developed interesting personalities. View flash version   Name: Sauron Position: Special Warrior When the production plants of Technopia churned out Robot Air Warriors, an error in the system occurred, and one soldier was made super-sentient. This puts his mind on the same level as that of the highest-ranked Robots. Unlike the mindless Air Warriors, Sauron is all arrogance and audacity. He'd be the quickest to question Primatron's orders, and can't wait to replace Deadwing as Air Commander. Part of the reason for this impudence is his special ability to cloak, which puts him high above the average Robot in combat advantage. Like all Air Warriors, his hands are a pair of Neutron Cannons instead of fingers. While Brutus is the perfect, obedient soldier, Deadwing is the ultimate rebel- the misfit among the Robots. He gets himself into trouble because he thinks differently from his brethren. However, this is because his mind has reached a high degree of sentience, such that he thinks like an Anemal, and he is mentally no longer a machine. (But that does not stop him from killing Anemals on sight.) In fighter jet form, Deadwing is extremely deadly, since his mind is programmed to master three-dimensional flight patterns. He attacks with dual cannons that fire a rapid stream of photon discs, and homing missiles. He looks clumsy and unshapely in Robot form, but wields a powerful, slow-firing energon blaster. Name: Deadwing Position: Robot Air Commander Name: Brutus Position: Robot Army Commander Brutus is the model soldier- obedient and unquestioning- qualities which Primatron values. But it speaks a lot about his own mind, and Brutus hardly has one to begin with. He speaks in calculative, computer verbatim and his actions are systematic to a fault. He is a formidable force only when carrying out orders for his Lord. As the army commander, Brutus is never short of armament. His main weapon is a pair of mini artillery guns, complemented by a shoulder-mounted rocket launcher that fires with great precision. Brutus can also transform into a hover-tank in battle. In our world, he will be what we call a 'bootlicker'. Garat openly fawns on Primatron's power, while playing the loyal servant. In person, he is more cunning than he seems, and blackmail is his deadliest weapon. No doubt he carries higher ambition than being a second fiddle. Since Garat specialises in covert ops, his weaponry is designed for surprise strikes. He has a small particle laser hidden on his right arm, that fires a concentrated precision beam meant to penetrate the toughest hides. When cornered, Garat can engage in melee combat with his hands, which are crab-like razor-sharp pincers. Name: Garat Position: Spy Commander, Vice-Lord of Robots Name: Thor Position: Personal Bodguard Among the Megabots, Thor has the lowest intellect, and possesses no personality whatsoever- a simple machine. But his job does not require any- he is the most powerful warrior, at times even more than Primatron. He serves as Primatron's personal bodyguard, but if he is smarter, he may be leading the Robots. Thor's greatest asset is his body armour, which is made entirely from the rare mineral Xenite. Bombs and lasers can only scratch it. His torso has a secondary function- it can open and contain another Robot, to rescue him from battle. For offense, Thor uses a dual phasor cannon and a high-precision laser from his forehead. The king of terror and scourge of Anema, Primatron controls all of Robot society and activity, and embodies the Robot threat and might. His arrogance is only matched by his unchallenged power, and he is feared by both subject and foe. Primatron pursues the Robot cause without exception or remorse. As lord of all Robots, Primatron has the prowess to match. His left arm is the notorious Fusion Cannon, possessing enough energy to level entire towns.
